These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://souyt.com and purchases made through our store.

souyt is operated by Wuhan Mangguo Jinfu Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (“souyt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order. If you do not agree to the applicable purchase terms, please do not submit an order.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction and are authorized to use your selected payment method.

You agree not to:

2. Product Information

souyt offers home décor products, including decorative accents, figurines, decorative lighting, and wall décor.

Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, package contents, and available options before ordering.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Products described as handmade or made from natural materials may have individual variations in texture or finish.

Styling accessories shown in photographs are included only when stated in the product description.

These statements do not excuse material differences from the advertised description. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed, please contact us under our Return Policy.

3. Product Use and Care

Follow the instructions and care guidance provided with your product.

For wall-mounted décor, check the suitability of your wall and mounting hardware. For decorative lighting, check the stated voltage, power source, plug type, and installation requirements.

Use products outdoors only when they are specifically described as suitable for outdoor use. Decorative items should not be treated as toys unless expressly identified as such.

These instructions do not limit our responsibility for defective products or inadequate instructions under applicable law.

4. Prices and Charges

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed on our website or at checkout.

Please review the final order total before paying. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us will be displayed before purchase.

International duties or import taxes not collected at checkout may be assessed separately, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Price changes do not retroactively change the agreed price of an accepted order.

5. Listing or Pricing Errors

If we discover a material error in a product listing, price, or availability before fulfillment, we will contact you to explain the issue.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may offer you the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel the affected item for a refund.

We will not charge an increased price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products.

An automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request. Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, acceptance occurs when we send your shipping confirmation, subject to applicable law.

Before acceptance, we may review payment authorization, product availability, delivery eligibility, and suspected fraudulent activity.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

7. Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment of the total shown when you complete your purchase.

Payments are handled through the payment services available on our store. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Please do not send complete payment-card numbers, security codes, or account passwords to customer service.

If verification cannot be completed, we may pause processing or cancel the affected order. Payments collected for canceled orders will be refunded as applicable.

9. Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Unless a different estimate is displayed on the product page or at checkout, estimated shipping time is 7–20 business days after shipment.

Processing and shipping are separate periods. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, carrier operations, weather, or holidays. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate with you and address the order in accordance with applicable law.

10. Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error, contact service@souyt.com promptly. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect customer-provided details may apply where permitted by law. We will not charge you to correct an address error caused by us.

11. Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless collected at checkout, otherwise stated, or required by applicable law, these charges may be payable by the customer.

12. Cancellations

To request cancellation, email service@souyt.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We will attempt to accommodate your request before processing or shipment. Once fulfillment has begun, stopping the shipment may no longer be possible.

If the shipment cannot be stopped, you may request an eligible return after delivery. This does not limit any statutory cancellation rights.

13. Returns

Our standard return request period is 30 days after delivery.

Eligible products should be returned in the condition received, allowing for reasonable inspection, with supplied accessories and components where applicable.

14. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, refund, or return, in accordance with applicable law.

When a return is required for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover reasonable return shipping costs through an arrangement confirmed with customer service.

15. Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

For returns, we aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and approving the returned item. If no return is required, this period begins when the refund is approved.

Any earlier deadline required by applicable law takes precedence.

16. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options. If we cannot fulfill it, we will cancel the affected item and arrange a refund.

We will not replace it with a materially different product without your agreement.

Promotions may have specific conditions, such as expiration dates, minimum order values, eligible products, usage limits, or destination restrictions.

Please review the conditions displayed with the offer. Discount combinations are available only where permitted by the applicable promotion.

We may reject fraudulent use of an offer, but will not retroactively remove a valid discount from an accepted order.

The version applicable when you place an order will continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Updated website-use terms apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law.

27. Severability and No Waiver

A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
